With the allure of longer flight times, more pilots are turning to high-capacity Lithium Polymer batteries for their park flyers. E-flite’s new Celectra ™ charges Li-Po packs at five different rates, ranging from 250mA to 2A.
Under Step 7 (page 3) of the instructions, the copy inadvertently states:
"The charger is now in trickle charge" and at the end it states "Failure to comply may result in fire."
The charger does not trickle charge and this information is incorrect. When charging is complete, the charger no longer charges.
